Nice relaxing getaway. Would come back again if priced better

Setting was nice and peaceful. It was out of season and only a few guests. Staff was helpful and cordial. We were able to check out later than 11 am. The lake is beautiful.

Room was smaller than expected. Could have been cleaned a little better. There was dust on the headboard and other areas. Price paid was too high for the amenities provided.

Simple, Beautiful and Quiet.

Location at Shoreline of Blue Lakes. Full kitchen. Friendly helpful staff. Close to Upper Lake. Beautiful surroundings.

Various little things were missing from room (utensils, supplies and etc). But staff was quick to correct the issue when notified.

Nice accommodation - enjoy a swim in the lake!

Comfortable room with good standard of cleanliness and air conditioning. Decent shower. Vending machines for snacks and drinks. Beautiful lake to enjoy - we had a morning swim which was lovely. Manager was very friendly and helpful.

Selected a "mountain view" room on booking.com, but our room faced the car park. Not really an issue, as we went and sat by the beautiful lake instead. It was a last minute booking, so understandable that availability may be limited. Some rooms do look over the lake and have a lovely view. The welcome from the young lady on reception wasn't the warmest, and there was a small mistake on the charges, though the manager sorted this promptly and was extremely welcoming and friendly. No restaurant.

A beautiful day on the lake is never a bad day!

Under new management which is great. Julian really took care of us. After we were checked in he would see us hanging out by the lake and always ask hey! Are you guys ok? Need anything? There was a vowel renewal this weekend so lots of people buzzing around which was fun to watch! The lake was beautiful, the room was clean. We had a great time!

The lounge chairs could use an upgrade, the ice machine needs a new metal handle (the plastic one broke) the compressor to fill the rafts is broken. Place needs a few minor upgrades and a couple more people working there. But Im confident Julian can make that work!

Id return because the lake was so great!

The Lake was fabulous! The fact that the lake was so wonderful made some of the issues not as critical. I also like the green grass between the rooms and the lake.

Kitchenette was inadequate. It lacked space and basic kitchen equipment. The stove definitely needs to be updated.

I had the best time and enjoyed myself to the fullest. They have boat rentals that are super fun.

No breakfast. They need to open the restaurant. I love the staff and the lake. I love it there. Everyone is very nice. It's the most beautiful place ever. Mia the lady at front desk is amazing she is so nice and has the best personality.

The beds are very uncomfortable. But for 2 nights I could handle it.

The lake was gorgeous

My refrigerator was unplugged. Cold when I got there so I didnt think to check it. All my food got ruined like 80 dollars worth of bbq meat and dips. When I approached Ted the manager with the issue he seemed reall aggravated that I wanted a credit! I showed him pictures and even told him I would bring the spoiled food. He quickly responded after making a few noises Im not authorized to give more than 50. I said youre the manager right? He said owner. I said then your authorized he has NO customer service skills at all. Also the BBQ propane is No longer free. So its not an amenity at all you have to purchase from Ted for 10 a day which is ridiculous Ill bring my own camping stove next time. Would have been nice to know before we arrived Also found empty wine bottles h set bathroom sink. We dont drink

Friendly staff, clean outside bathrooms.

Pool out of service, shouldve stated on website. Power and water was out for a while the before checkout, water was much needed with a baby. Shouldve received a discount for the stay.
