We were woken up by noise in the early hours of the morning. Very inconsiderate.

Very good

Good hospitality, all our requests were met with no hassle.

I liked that the facilities were clean and staff was friendly and helpful with all our requests.

The towels in the bathroom had been used so much they werent white anymore. Relatively clean but not nice to look at.

Underwhelming.

I liked the location

I didnt like the cleanliness, the bedding was not fresh and clean, I complained to the staff that it was used and the shower had hair in it. The room had termites all over. The jacuzzi was not working The brochure said they offered laundry services but the staff said they didnt. False advertising

Im a seaoned business traveler and this was my worst stay experience ever

Absolutely nothing.

Rate was inclusive of breakfast but they dont serve breakfast. Minimal staff attendance at reception. None of the advertised services exists.

The property has spacious rooms and theyre very clean. The beds were very comfortable beds and linen was clean. We also liked the location.

The area was easy to reach, room up to standard but the balcony was not clean though it was well dec

Location a bit complicated but eventually we arrived safely

I did not like their breakfast, had to wait for almost an hour then it came cold, the tea came quick but not up to standard

rooms are big enough

giving us the information before we made payments since there is no heated pool as mentioned on their website and jacuzzi is not active.

Superb

We had a lovely stay - but other guests weren't considered regarding noise after a certain time.

The place was amazing and we enjoyed our stay very much.

There was another group of ladies that also stayed there and they had absolutely no regard for other people. The made so much noise in the 2 days that we styaed there that made it some what unpleasant. Perhaps when the people book in there should be a sign saying that there are other people staying there and that they should consider the other guests aswell. So we didn't get much sleep because of this.
