The toilet was dirty, the deadbolt got stuck and stressed me out so I booked into premier inn I thought they may have refunded me at least a day or 2 of my 5 days as booking.com have cancellation protocols but they didnt I would have understood keeping 2-3 days of it but keys were back with them within a couple of hours

Location was perfect for us and what we wanted to do over our stay in Weymouth. We stayed in a budget room for our 5 night stay. Top breakfast cooked to order with good choice . Bed was fairly comfortable for our price range . Very friendly Helpful staff and despite the minor issues we had we would happily stay here again

We sadly had some minor issues and couldn't correct the WiFi even after we complain the issue wasn't fixed. Lack of shower curtain in the budget rooms even though there's a shower in the bath in the budget rooms (found this very odd) . These are Basic things offered in most hotels,b&bs . But these are minor issues and the staff were helpful which makes up for any hiccups
