Excellent couple of days would not hesitate to stay again

Breakfast was excellent staff were very professional but friendly room was exceptional spotless clean lovely bed and bedding great value for money

To be honest we couldnt fault anything

Excellent!

Very friendly staff, great food. Very comfortable and clean room with excellent facilities

Only thing I would change was the very bright lighting in bar and restaurant, but that is my own preference and cant really fault the place!

Wonderful place to stay opposite Scaling Dam reservoir

Met by a very friendly guy called Alex , who went through safety procedure s and all aspects of the Jack and Jill coaching inn... A very cosy clean and friendly place to stay , with a great breakfast to set you up for the day !

Everything we needed.

Great location for a family wedding that was taking place locally. Sio we didn't spend that much time here but it was just what we needed

Our room was just so cold. We like a cold room (invariably sleep with our windows open 11 months of the year) but this was even cold for us! We were on the tip floor, and it was October, but another family member in a different room said there's was freezing too. However tow other members of our party said their room was toast warm - so just pot link I think! (maybe make a request if this is important to you :)

Very nice friendly & helpful staff. Well-modernised rooms & facilities, with the caveat below. Immaculately clean throughout. Easy access & parking, close to moors & reservoir. Seating areas & terrace behind the building would be good in spring/summer.

Main areas in bar & restaurant are a bit austere & too brightly lit in places. The conversion could have retained more of the original building. More eclectic furnishings? Menu could be more interesting.

Lovely Hotel

The hotel was lovely as were staff, the hotel was more remote that expected as advertised as Saltburn by the sea. when in actual fact it is about 10 miles away.

Nothing, although more remote that expected, it was a lovely hotel, with great views and lovely staff. Food could of done with being served lated, i put this down to time of year and remoteness of hotel.
