Very good

Good, but had expected more for the price.

Breakfast was excellent! Fresh smoothies and a great selection, which changed daily. A great pool and nice entertainment at the hotel. Nice hologram over the pool at night Friendly staff

The pool water was rather cold, so I didn't go in the water due to that. The hotel was bit noisy, from cleaning staff which are noisy in the mornings to the single rooms that are located at the front of the hotel, so you hear the noise from the street. If you are looking to sleep outside standard night hours from 0.00 - 8.00 am, this hotel is not your best match. I had a severe lack of sleep in this hotel due to all the noise. A shame for the price I paid. Also, the hotel has a great pool area and sundeck terrace, but it has no direct connection to the beach. When I booked I was under the impression it had beach acces, but this was not the case. There is however a public beach right next to the hotel.

Good

Most of the staff are an asset to the hotel - it was not as luxurious as expected.

It was clean and we had a view of the port and could see the sunrise!

I didnt like that the double bed was made from combining two single beds together. It made the sleeping situation uncomfortable and often they would part anyway leaving a gap to fall through.

A stay that ended up in a very negative way

Well situated

It was all OK except being treated as if I were a towel thief by Daniel the receptionist who had zero interpersonal and communication skills and forgot that I was the client, not himself. I simply couldn't find my receipt for the towel deposit (but I still had the other card to get towels at the pool) and at the check out moment the receptionist didn't want to refund me eventhough I presented him my pool/towel card. Mister answered in a very unpleasant way forgetting that his job was to please clients and to resolve problems in a more professional way. Plus, the security guy who asked me a questtion and once I opened my mouth, he said "I'm not here to talk". Absolutely not competent at all!

Very good

The staff were friendly and excellent except for who we assumed to be the restsurant manager who needs to be trained in customer relations as he was very aloof. The food was rarely hot and mostly cold.

The food was always cold, a shame really because the choice was excellent.

it was great value of money

Breakfast was exceptional with lots of variety. Room was very comfortable. Drinking water bottles were not replaced (i was surprised; I had to ask for it and staff did replace them.) I didnt have dinner at hotel, so not applicable. Pool side was great. Performances, shows arranged around pool in evening were great to watch. I got room facing towards pool side, this made my balcony view great. Overall, it was very nice & comfortable stay. Taxi parking was exactly outside hotel.

Nice room and facilities. Nice location, direct-to-the-sea and within walking distance to Ibiza town. Great attitude of the staff, friendly, supportive. Appreciated the willingness to provide a late check-out
