Very good

A place worth staying again

The villa is located in the hill area and is surrounded by trees and fresh air. The environment is cool and peaceful. The villa also has a large balcony facing the trees on the hillside for the family to relax. The clean and fragrant room is very relaxing. Overall very satisfied with the facilities provided.

The location of the villa cannot be accessed using the waze application but can be accessed using google maps. The parking area is limited but still ok

Totally recommend!

We had a lovely stay, the man at the reception was very friendly, the room was spacious and very clean. It looks like the photos and its a very cosy place to stay.

Dont book a tour with the reception since it wasnt a good guide nor a good tour unfortunately.

At a quiet and beautiful spot near to the city.

Near to the city a beautiful quite place to stay with parking.

We stayed 5 nights but the room is not cleaned. Only daily clean towels and new bottles of water.

Disappointing

The garden and the balcony of the room were the highlights - as not many hotels is Malasya have an outside space where you can sit and enjoy. The staff was very friendly and helpful too.

The wifi only works around the reception area, which is very inconvenient if you have to work and it rains. Only one socket worked in the whole room, the bathroom one, we had to take turns to charge phones etc. The rooms are in deer need of change and mantainance. The cleaning was mediocre. Its a shame because it has three potential to be a really good hotel if only the management put some work into it.

Always a lovely stay since before

Stayed here for a couple of times already.. Last time this villa named Casa Loma.. Friendly staf, great shower, beautiful private garden & parking. Location wise at the center of Tanah Rata. Easy to find many places to eat. Large room with comfy pillows & extra large double bed which I love the most.

Sound from the room upstairs.. same like before.. coz it is a double storey villa.. cleanlinest at the balcony should be pay more attention to as the floor somewhere got mouldy & causes stains ok my skirt..

The room was pretty nice, with a balcony.

The bathroom was wet with water on the floor out of nowhere. The location was a bit far from the town centre. The location is hard to find, you have to look up for the "casa loma" hotel.
