The property was beautifully landscaped and maintained. The rooms were clean and beautifully appointed. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful property and grounds

Love the grounds and beauty of the Hermosa our room was ok but had a strong smell of bleach upon arrival. We also ate dinner at Lons and not a great experience.. the staff were lovely but the food not great !

absolutely rotten and I have stayed there many times but not anymore.

I have stayed there many times, but this time they were absolute jerks.

first of all, I told them that I twisted my knee hiking, which is the truth, and then for me that they upgraded my room to a different part of the property That was so far away, so you had to drive there. The city was fixing a water problem in front of the hotel. I understand that this has nothing to do with them, but you want to talk about unaccommodating these people take the cake. patrons had to go to other facilities and restaurants to use the bathroom. just went on for two days with a promise of the world will be back on soon. There was never a hint of compensation. No compensation such as price reduction of some cocktails for your inconvenience. Not a thing but platitudes. Also, since when has it become fashionable to do landscaping at 7 oclock in the morning? I mean serious landscaping with wheelbarrows full of gravel being dumped right outside of the guest Haciendas. I have videos to post later. Absolutely appalling. My wife and I checked out and checked into a comfortable. Best Western for our final day. For what an individual is charged at the Hermosa they should be ashamed that no attempt was even made to placate their expensive clientele. Next time Ill stay at the Royal Palms which is spectacular.
