Disappointing

Not bad for 1 night

Not alot apart from the location

Well the beds were very uncomfortable sliding all over ad they were on wheels the room was freezing so we asked for heating on butvwas on a timer so they did give us extra quilt each toilet door did not shut properly was definitely not woth the 69 a night we only went to remberance day book somewhere else nect time bar was really noisy so we thought we'll we cannot get to sleep so we might aswell join them staff were good carried our bag up the stairs but you never really seen much of the staff unless you were in the bar

Nairn is a lovely place

The room was freezing 69 pound a night paid for 2 if I hadn't of paid for the 2 I would of just stayed the one as the room was soo cold beds are on wheels so they slide everywhere

Karaoke until 12.30am on a Sunday evening/Monday morning right below your bedroom should be made known when booking is made. I don't belief it's fair towards the hotel guests

Superb

Fantastic location and very welcoming staff. Standard of food and drink was good.

Nothing to say as a negative really, could be ultra picky but for value for money it's well worth staying here.

The hotel experience did not enhance our visit which was a rare family get together.

Good location. Great breakfast and very pleasant and helpful staff.

Our rooms were right above the bar. The sound deadening was non-existent and on Sunday night the Karaoke was from 9.00 until after midnight. There was no mention of karaoke when we made the booking. if you want a shower at 6.30 am, forget it. There was no hot water till well after 7.00am. The rooms were not serviced during our stay; there was a notice explaining this as "to protect our staff from Covid". No mention of this at the time of booking. Most establishments have now moved on from Covid. The room was seriously lacking in storage places and the clothes hanging area was mostly taken up by an ironing board, which couldn't be put anywhere else. The bathroom door could not be fully closed.

Fantastic location and great staff!

Love the location, the staff are very friendly and a great choice of drinks with a nice setting for drinks inside and out. Had breakfast this time and the host and staff member were really lovely, food was good although full Scottish breakfast would include haggis and potato scone . Restaurant area is lovely.

I think a 5pm check in is quite late when it's a 10.30 latest check out. I understand the need to clean rooms etc (albeit spider and cobweb in our room this time)

A let down due to other guests

The room sizes and facilities. The staff are great. Breakfast was first class

Unfortunately its 1 am and Im wide awake in my room listening to other guests partying with no consideration for other guests. One guy was roaming the corridors shoutingwhos got the cocaine . No doubt hes just drunk but Im working in the morning and Im lying here blazing mad wondering whether to confront, ignore or what else to do. Shame really. Its spoiled an otherwise great stay

Excellent.

The hotel was centrally located within Nairn. It was clean and well decorated, all staff were very helpful and professional and the breakfast represented good value for the price.
