Very nice, comfortable stay

The location was very good, and they were able to get us connecting rooms which was very nice. The butler also brought us a cot. The dinner at the restaurant was wonderful!

The breakfast was a continental breakfast with limited hot options. It would have been nice to have the option of potentially paying for a hot breakfast as well.

Disappointing

Better choices in Santa Fe than the hacienda

Convenient to town. We have liked that there is a light breakfast included, and a comfortable lounge to have happy hour

Beds not comfortable. We have stayed there a few times in the past, and had a better experience. Kind of feels like they need to do more to keep the place up, to justify the price of the hotel. For the price the main part of the hotel is a better value than the hacienda

Amazing, relaxing getaway for a winter birthday weekend.

Just a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Santa Fe. The fireplace in the room and large, spacious rooms were lovely. Nice balcony. The bathroom was large and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. Food at the continental breakfast and the restaurant were both wonderful. Service was great. The spa was wonderful and relaxing, and the staff there were fabulous. We loved the hot tub, the bar, and the hotel decor, too. So pretty. Didn't use the shuttle service, but it's great that they offer it.

The bed was only average in terms of comfort. Otherwise a perfect stay.

We stayed in the Haciendas and the room was lovely and well appointed. We had a fireplace and a butler. There were a couple of times the butler didnt follow though for us but thats a minor issue. The lobby with fireplace and nightly entertainment was incredible! Breakfast was delicious and the morning servers were absolutely top notch. The hotels location was central to everything fun!

Parking was tight on the weekends.

Wonderful people, good location, and clean comfortable room made for a great stay!

The butler service was wonderful! And the lounge in the morning and evening was appreciated and enjoyed!

The only disappointment was that we made reservations for a nice dinner and the restaurant was closed due to a reception so we ate in the bar area. I would have appreciated knowing that when making a reservation. It was also a little awkward because our table was next to the serving station and there were 5 servers standing there during the majority of the meal. Food and service were good - just not the ambiance we were hoping for.
