The front desk AIMAN are very helpfull when i keep ask for something or something wrong with my room

Worse room ever!!! Not the same room i booking (seaview but got pool view) Bed sheet & towels got stain The bed are so worse bed bug and itchy bed the aircond so hot had to call/go to reception ask for service The furniture so mouldy scared to sit down Request change room but had to wait till 1hour but the room just infront of of us which maintance just fix the leaking! When change the aircond remote not the same as the aircond brand! So dusty the room service not even clean properly when we check in Bathroom had bathtub but dont even dare to use it stain the mirror in bathroom is so creepy at room 136 it looks like haunted room Reception area so hot even got ac but not switch on! Iron room at the staircase not in the proper room Pple are keep using the stairs and no privacy whn iron Lift under maintaince 2 day staright! The food at coffee house was good but they unable to deliver to ur room Had to go coffee house and order wait till they pack for you The shop open only at 4pm not from morning till evening and not friendly at all The beach need to clean abit the hotel area so many grass and no sand had to go down abit The walkway to beach are flood after raining Please upgarde the hotel

A great place to a hopeless place

The whole place needs renovation the bed also very old the shower my goodness the pressure very low. I used to stay here before it was very good now dilapidated even the main lift not working we had to use the workers lift except for the staff they tried to be helpful. But again the whole resort should be renovated even the carpets are worn out Anyway I booked and paid for 2 nights but only stayed for one night as I could not take it.Shame on the management and owners Anyway I wish them all the best if they continue this well... Am definitely not coming here anymore In summary I only like the staff the rest I dont like
