Neat property but understaffed during winter season

Great location, historic building

There was some take out food behind the bed (from a previous guest) that we found - gross! We were also provided only one towel, and when we asked for two more they said we could only have one.

Average place in a great location.

Good restaurant. Great location. Parking good.

Floor was very dirty in the room. Shower needed to be cleaned. Toilet seat wasn't attached and slipped all over the place.

Cute boutique hotel

Bed and pillows amazing! Dinner at the restaurant fantastic! Location to casino.

Rude desk clerk in the morning who questioned my friend when she asked for a bath towel. We had a room for 2 and only provided one bath towel. Also water pressure in shower was not much more than a trickle. No warm food breakfast options.

Disappointing

Met a relative for a dinner that was very disappointing.

My room was clean and comfortable. Food was delicious although half of the meal never arrived at the table.

Restaurant service was poor.Room was very noisy. Server was inept.

Love this hotel! Rooms are beautiful and the location is excellent! Very clean and comfortable.

Remote control for one of the televisions didn't work so kind of a hassle to keep getting up to change channels or volume. Reported to front desk (maybe overnight guy?) Who couldn't be bothered to look away from his phone and just said he would have someone look at it. Never fixed.

Beautiful hotel and a great place to enjoy the Its a Wonderful Life celebration, but its clear Mr. Potter skimped on

Location, atmosphere

Bed was very hard, kinda had a low point in the middle. Didnt sleep well. Not enough staff for the Its a wonderful life event, restaurant host pulling double duty as hotel clerk not optimal to serve hotel guests.
