Design of room

The quality of the sofa bed was terrible and very disappointing. Luckily we were only there for one night. The 'matress' was a thing piece of light foam, no more than 2 inches thick and was terrible to sleep on.

Superb

New years eve we booked and it was great when everybody was outside at midnight..... fantastic

We had to pay extra for entertainment when we're actually booked in as a guest and it was quiet so we went the union Inn across the road which was great fun.

Our stay was nice, but would probably only return for the grub.

The restaurant, food and drink were all lovely the staff were pleasant too.

The room was basic, and could of been priced for less than we had paid. The bathroom had a mouldy roof, and the paper was coming off the ceiling.

Didn't have it. Location remote. Room tiny toilet shabby and noisy shower tiny.

Priority eas given to non stayers as in all tables had reserved on a 4.30 in the afternoon apart from one in back and that was going to be reserved at 19.00 reason short of staff when asked. Ate and drank in pub across the square and left a day early.

Cold

No heating in bedroom on a very cold night. Asked for radiator to be turned on and told not until 8.30 pm but it didnt. Asked again and promised someone would come but no one did.

Disappointing

Great food and staff.

Great location, friendly, helpful staff, food was excellent

Stayed in standard room, very small, shower not big enough, door to room let light from hallway in, could hear everything from upstairs, people running up and down stairs right passed our door, slamming doors and shouting, very inconsiderate of other guests. Wouldnt stay here again.

As regular diners the food is always 10/10 the staff are super friendly and professional we decided to stay over for a change and the rooms were comfortable and very warm

Location, plenty of space for car park, room big enough including all what is necessary inside

I stayed in room no. 7 and everything was absolutely fine except sofa-bed in the front room. We realised a little bit late to ask for different room, because that sofa-bed was so uncomfortable to sleep like a trampoline bed. I had to put some spare pillow between metal construction and mattress for my son to sleep.
