Exceptional

The staff were great - very accomodating when I raised an issue with the room. Resolved quickly and efficiently. The property is beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable. Excellent stay!

Its okay, but I was expecting higher quality.

Good, but could add more items for breakfast

One room was NOT ready when we checked in at around 1 pm. At 4-5 pm, the room was still not ready, and my daughter and spouse was given an alternative room meant for a disabled person, ie no doors in toilets etc. They had to stay the night there before being transferred to another room the next day.

Fabulous location and housekeeping staff were friendly. Front desk and assistance after hours required attention.

Location was great. Room service & housekeeping was fabulous.

Check in staff were not friendly and he made the first impression we had as a paying guest None of the housekeeping and front desk help desk ever worked after 6pm for 3 consecutive days. Had to head down to the front desk for assistance.

Great location, beautiful building.

Pool area is quite small, staff seemed to be a bit insecure/ unsure about some things we asked. During our Last night the lights went off, were not able to turn them on in the early morning so needed to pack our suitcases in the dark.

the room is so small, it's a Pearl Suite, not compatible to the photo shown in website. the photo shown in website is so wide and big, feel like cheated. sad

Superb

Great nice hotel after recent refurbishment in older part of the city. The design of both hotel itself with its swimming pools between two parts of the hotel, and the rooms, is really very astonishing. Rooms are spacious, modern and look like on photos from booking.com. The location is also very good with a short walk to main tourist attractions. Good value for money and probably the best choice in Georgetown if you prefer other type of hotel than the beach high blocks.

The main problem is noisy big disco club (open till 3am) located just opposite block on another side of the street - to avoid the noise is better to take an internal room and not the one looking at street. Breakfasts could be also improved in a variety of options. Wi-fi didn't work for all 4 of us at the ground floor, however the staff didn't explain (until the check-out when I complained) that at the reception there is a very different code to wi-fi, therefore the wi-fi codes from our 4 rooms did not work at the ground floor.
