    Lovely place with a beautiful garden, pool and views.
    Perfectly designed huge garden with olive and lemon trees. Pool, grill and pinball. Helpful and nice hosts. The sunset over beautiful Capri. It was a great experience to be in the garden.
    Bedrooms have very little sunlight (we were mostly outside, so only a minor inconvenience, esp. considering the garden). Beds could be bit more comfortable. Kitchen has no countertop to put a cutting board.

    The house was lovely, and the views from the terrace were spectacular. The pool was very refreshing! Access to the property is via a very narrow road, and the parking is tight, so only a small car is recommended. The location is remote, which was lovely, but be aware that it is an uphill walk/drive into the village.
    Driving! The roads are very narrow and windy, but a car is necessary to stay at this property.

    Fantastic place for a small family
    The words are not enough to describe the magic stay we had in this place. This is ideal combination of peaceful location, fantastic Capri view, super nice hosts and neighbours, and very comfortable villa. The villa itself is pretty small (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and kitchen area) but this will be more than enough for 4 people or family with kids. It also has pretty big outdoor area with lemon trees, patio with dining area, and a terrace with splendid view. The owners have good taste and youll see dozens of small ceramic figurines in local style all over the place. We traveled with a baby and the hosts provided us with a baby cot and high chair. Whenever needed the hosts/owners were always there to help. Moreover on the arrival day a cold complimentary wine was waiting for us in the fridge. 2 fantastic restaurants in the centre of the Termini village, and a small supermarket - 10 min walk from the villa. Right by the fence starts Punta Campanella - a historic Roman period road with amazing views. Bigger supermarket and gas station in approx. 10 min drive in S.Agata. Definitely recommended to rent if you have a car to explore surroundings - a couple of nice beaches nearby (10-20 min drive) and 20 min drive to Sorrento. Huge thanks for making our stay unforgettable!

    Fabulous location if you dont mind being a drive away from main tourist sites.
    Beautiful location with pool and outdoor dining areas set in the hills and overlooking Capri but be aware you need a car here!
    A customer information pack on area / property including how certain appliances work etc would have been nice.

    Wonderful place to stay with family. Kids loved the swimming pool. Beautiful view of Capri from the top level. Great outdoor lounge areas. Well maintained. Pictures are accurate. Great air conditioning for each room. Also outdoor shower. Fun to explore more rural Termini as a break from the very busy Capri and Sorrento. 15 min hike up the hill to grocery store, and great restaurants- Bar Simone, Salvatore, Tonno and Compani. Very kind next door neighbors. Lemon trees in the garden. Nearby hiking trails with gorgeous views. Fast wifi. Quiet, peaceful. Reserved parking spot. Thank you. We had a wonderful stay.

    A lovely villa, perfect base for a family of 4 to explore Sorrento and the surrounding areas. The roads leading to the property are not for the faint hearted but once you get used to it you'll be fine and having a parking space is great. Spectacular views, great pool for kids, table football and multiple dining areas. Best sandy beach for miles around is the Marina di Puolo and it's very close by car - parking in the campsite olive groves (find the white sign for the Marina - don't follow Google maps down the tiny road next to the hotel!). Restaurants are a short walk uphill and really good and the walk back down was lit up by fireflies - Magical! Book now!

    We are a family of four - two adults with two kids and we had an exceptional summer experience here! The property is more than lovely - decorated in true Italian fashion, with a sunny pool and all amenities that one may need. The free parking was an added bonus. The villa is perfectly located - a short and idilic car ride from Sorrento, also not far from Positano and other coastal towns. There is a fully stocked supermarket close by, with a great selection of cheese, meat, fresh fruits and vegetables and more, also a nice cafe where u can enjoy a cup of cappuccino and fresh croissants in the morning. The host are incredibly generous, kind and helpful, thank you dearly Toni and Carmella! Upon our arrival they provided us with a bottle of Prosecco and all the necessary ingredients to make a typical Italian pasta dish. During our stay they also surprised us with homegrown tomatoes, local mozzarella and fresh eggs, all delicious. It was a pleasure staying in The Garden on Capri, until next time!

    The property is lovely and has all the amenities that are there. We were a family with two kids and it met all our needs. The hosts are lovely! Tonino and Carmela were excellent. The host even gave us a bottle of Champagne, pasta and ingredients to cook up a nice meal which was a godsend as we were super tired and hungry after reaching there and we enjoyed the food so much. I also needed some additional things which the host provided so promptly, they are indeed a joy to deal with. We also found free parking, thanks to the hosts. The property also has a pool which we could not use as the weather was cold. The location is good with easy reach to Sorrento and the rest of the coastal towns. There is also a nice restaurant that Tonino recommended whose food was lovely and just near the property. I would also like to add that the property has heating within it, so perfect for all weather. We will surely be back again!
