Good location. Well presented. Parking right next to the house.

Unfortunately the house was very hot and uncomfortable! 25 degrees when we arrived. We followed the guidance to lower the heating/under floor heating but unfortunately this did not work. We tried to contact the letting service by message and phone in the morning, but no response which was very disappointing. Especially with having a young baby with us and the cost of the property. We had to have the doors open to cool the property down.in the winter!

I would stay there again

great to have parking, and an easy walk into the town. Very comfortable. Nice size bathroom, comfy beds, good storage, plenty of kitchen utensils etc.

It is a lovely little place to stay

The house was clean and warm, not noisy and in a very good neighborhood. The garden is well kept and it felt secure.

I would have preferred a table (even if little) and chairs of normal height rather than the high breakfast stool and the high table

Great Stay in excellent property

Only couple of minutes drive from centre of St Andrews in a quiet location . Excellent design with outside garden space and 2 free car parking spaces. All mod cons in property and very comfortable. I Shouldnt really say excellent property as this will encourage everyone to book it and I might not be able to go back there again
