Very good

We had the communal room to ourselves. Which was good with having 3 small children. The rooms were clean.

Bedroom 5 windows were blowing the blinds all night. The window was closed, so there must be a draft coming through. Other than that we had no other issues.

Comfortable but a little over priced

Room was comfortable, location was quiet but not easy to park without paying 10 or more. Facilities were available in the shared lounge such as a microwave whic. We made use of.

Over priced, for the room size and it not being a bed and breakfast 100 for one night was too much. I wouldnt pay this again to stay. Sheets need closer inspection and some were stained/ hairs in bed.

Amazing, will definitely be back!

Stayed here for the first time and we couldnt fault it, we had the deluxe room. Everything was spotless, the beds were so comfy!! Will definitely be staying here again, check in was made so easy too really felt comfortable here :)

Good value

Nice and clean good location. Bedrooms nice and clean and my daughter loved the communal area downstairs.

Power kept tripping and had to keep Going downstairs and resetting fuse box. Fridges would not work also.

Fantastic stay would definitely be returning!!

Really good location - in between Pleasure Beach and Tower, so never too far away from either! Room was really clean and comfortable Hosts (although I never met, and dealt with via email and text) were really friendly, welcoming and went that extra mile for us!

Room was a little snug for 2 adults and 1 child. Not really enough space to use sofa bed pulled out, but as my son was only 9 he could just sleep on the sofa. He was really comfortable so no complaints, however if you were a family of 4 and needed to use sofa bed, room may be a little too small.

Very good

The hotel is very clean and situated in a good location with the promenade and tram stop at the end of the road. My family made great use of the lounge / dining area, being able to microwave and toaster and crockery etc was a real bonus. The owner was extremely helpful and very accommodating and I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and clean hotel room in a great location

We had a family room. Room was spacious and very clean. We didnt use the downstairs area much as only there for one night but it was a nice space.

The radiator in the adjoining smaller room wasnt working and it was November so quite chilly. We were told to grab the oil radiator from another room but there were no reachable power sockets. We also couldnt put a lamp on in there for the kids for the same reason. Took a while to get the TV working too and thought it might have been handy to leave some instructions for guests. Lastly, towels were clean but quite old and tired so a few fresh ones would be nice. Minor things that are easily fixable so wouldnt let it put anyone off, just more feedback for the hotel.
