A comfortable stay with such welcoming and helpful staff.

Fresh and open but comfortable and welcoming.

Three out of five ev charging points were out of order but they are not owned by the hotel - VendElectric are often slow to repair their chargers.

Fantastic hotel but the kitchen was unexpectedly closed with no pror warning

Clean & spacious room.

Arrived after a 6h drive to find the kitchen closed due to not being busy. The kitchen should have been open according to the website. The hotel should inform guests of this especially when the food is one of the draws of this hotel.

Everything - location and bedroom were great. The facilities for my dog were also hugely appreciated.

My Dads accessible room was good but Id be interested to know if an occupational therapist has advised on the bathroom/bedroom. The bed was a little to high, the sink wasnt adjustable and was very close to the toilet and the toilet was a bit too low. Otherwise we loved it!

Stay was nice but not as good as previous stays

Location

Had a small leak in the bathroom, which was reported to the staff, who in turn said theyd get maintenance to look at it. We were fine with that and the staff provided some towels to mop up the leak overnight. Also wed originally booked for dinner, bed & breakfast but we received a call before we arrived advising that dinner was now not available, which was disappointing.
