Disappointing

The hotel entrance, elevator and staff was perfectly fine. However the room was so small that it doesnt fit a chair so I ended up having all my clothes on the floor right in front of my bed where the door is opening inwards as well. Bathroom was ok but I couldnt do anything in this room. There was a table but it was full with a kettle and whatnot so I couldnt even place things anywhere. If you have a right room here it might be okay but that was unacceptable to live like that. Sorry

Room didnt have a deep clean in a while with fingers prints on the TV, makeup from previous guests on the mirror and a very dirty fan

When the cleaning ladies were cleaning the rooms , they didn't change the towels .

Great position, close to Museum area and tram close by

Very good

Nice, clean hotel in a good location

- Clean - Nicely decorated - Helpful staff - Self checkin but staff were always on hand to help out - Good coffee machine in the room - Good clean bathroom - Good value - Walking distance to the city centre

- The room was quite small and a bit cramped (but you can tell in the pictures it's quite small so it's not like it's a surprise) - The room was beside a road and a street which was a bit noisy, with cars and people walking past - The mattress could have been better
