Love, love the area and the host Shaun was very polite friendly and helpful.

I love that it had a clean stove were I was able to cook breakfast lunch and dinner on.

The furnace wasn't working well but the portable heater worked well, warming up the cabin any colder out side it wouldn't had warmed up the whole place.

Service was poor and overpriced for what you get.

The room was filled with live and dead bugs. Communication from staff is very poor. They didnt do anything about it. I understand if the bugs made it inside the cabin after we arrived due to the location but they dont bother to check the cabin prior to customers arriving.

Perfect 2-night stay.

My cabin was one of the 5 original cabins built by Don Hoel in the 1950s. It was small but charming. The area is wooded and just north of Slide Rock. I have been seeing those cabins since traveling up there in the 1950s and finally got to stay there.

We truly like this place, and would stay here again.

This was a great location up the road maybe 15-20 minutes from beautiful Sedona with all its surrounding mountains, this is within anywhere you likely would want to go around Sedona. Idyllic and bit up in the woods, visually wonderful, rustic and perfect for us. Very friendly maintenance person helped us when we needed him.

Really very little we would change about this place actually or say we didnt like. The wi-fi and lack thereof could be a problem for some but not so much for us!

The location was perfect. The Oak Creek Canyon is very beautiful. It was close to Slide Rock state park and the West Fork hike, both signature places. The cabins as advertised are rustic. They have a kitchen, 2 double beds, and a bathroom. This is a great place if you want to explore the canyon.

The cabins are a bit small. For a couple, I would have preferred one queen bed over two doubles. The cabins were dark inside so a little more inside light would be nice.

Everything start good until facilities not fix water heater, we had to leave a day early

Good evening I have a complaint on this trip and cabin #2. Me and mi wife travel from Yuma to spend the weekend in-this place. We had it to leave early because water heater not working. I had to shower with cold water. My wife wants to shower but because water is to cold she could not shower, so we have to leave a day early before check out time. We report problem to main office but problem was not solve. We pay full price and this happen I think is not fair.
