Superb

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Broadstairs. Check in was easy, the room was clean, the beds comfortable and the shower was better than any hotel with a comparable price. Overall, great value for money in the perfect location.

I was made to feel very welcome had a lovely stay in a great room with a comfortable bed.

Great location Good sized room basic but very clean bathroom and nice towels

Slightly noisy outside at night but I knew that it would be because of the location

Really good option for less money

The staff were fantastic - so welcoming, polite, and lovely. I had a room with two single beds, and I was absolutely amazed by how crisp, clean, and COMFORTABLE the beds were - totally unexpected considering the price of the room. Super professional finishes, like lovely toiletries and nicely folded towels. Easy to check in and out.

A couple of tiny gripes, really. I don't like shared bathrooms but I appreciate they are a part of the deal with cheaper rooms. The building itself is a little old and needs renovating, but again, this is reflected in the price and it didn't bother me that much. The lock on the door was super stiff and difficult to open. That's it.

Exceptional accommodation

On arrival, we were welcomed very warmly by the host. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The accommodation was exceptional, very comfortable, spacious and clean.

The only problem was parking but we found a car park just 50 metres away.

Lovely little hotel with accompanying pub. It was just a minute walk to the beautiful beach and numerous restaurants and pubs. The room was spacious and very clean and the only thing slightly amiss was a loose shower rail and a shower drain that seemed reluctant to free the water and made a lovely paddling pool in the shower tray.

Location. Friendly lady.

The worst thing was dealing with Booking.com. In the last 10 months they failed twice in my booking. I wrote to them and also wrote to the CEO, no response at all. One hotel is even owed 15,000 I was told by a hotelier. This is the only way now to complain. I am seeking compensation from them.

In Town centre. Near sea front. A number of car parks near by.

Good

Needed somewhere to stay for one night. The Crown Bar & Guesthouse came up on an Google search. Great location just a little off the sea front in Broadstairs. The room that I had used shared bathroom but that wasn't an issue with me. Other rooms have private facilities. A friendly welcome on arrival.
