Warm welcome, delightful room, and a stellar breakfast made my stay a shining success.

Stepping into the bar area to collect my key, I was instantly met with Joel's warm and welcoming smile. His friendly demeanour was a breath of fresh air, and he readily addressed any questions I had. The room itself was a delight, exceeding all expectations. And to top it all off, the breakfast the next day was an absolute triumph freshly cooked and served with a smile - a delicious spread that perfectly fueled me for the day ahead. I'm already planning my visit for next year!

A great hotel in a fab location. Lovely bar to have food and drink Warm friendly staff who go the extra mile.

Great friendly staff in a modernised traditional Hotel. We were offered a fabulous upgraded room which overlooked the river. When I mentioned it was a special anniversary they arrived with a bottle of Prosecco. They made our stay really special. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely fab too.

Excellent accommodation

The room we stayed in was beautiful, clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was a 10 out of 10! If we were in the area we'd definitely stay again.

The only minor negative was the sounds of traffic throughout the night. I fully appreciate the room was on a main road so noise was to be expected. But maybe consider a set of thick curtains to reduce the noise a bit more? But otherwise a lovely stay thank you

A comfortable, good value place to stay, well located and with friendly staff.

Location was good. The Room was comfortable, nicely decorated, a good size and very clean. Breakfast was lovely. The staff were efficient and friendly.

We arrived on a very cold weekend. It would have been nice if the room heating has been put on before we arrived as the room was cold and took a while to warm up.
