Very good

Lovely and convenient place for a one night stay

Location was very convenient for me

The reception was not manned and i had difficulty bin leaving my luggage. Although i was told via e mail before arrival, the room might be ready earlier than the specified time, there was no one to answer that

This hotel is in a excellent location for central Birmingham,lots of bars restaurants and lots of places to visit,the hotel is a beautiful building with a good history.will definitely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Birmingham.

Welcoming and very good location

Central Location

The room was nice, Noisy pipes in bathroom but overall a very nice stay. I wouldnt like to be on 5th Floor again. I should of requested a lower floor. Nice hotel staff
