Massive room, great bathroom On our return from longleat lights the staff in the restaurant where brilliant making sure we could get a meal for some very tired kids , absolutely spot on and a credit , wish I knew the name of the 2 ladies who sorted us out - thank you

Good hotel/bar/pub food in the evening

Great location and lovely room.

Ordered breakfast, waited 20/25 mins only to be told there had been a problem with our order and that we would have to wait a further 20 mins or cancel. We were leaving at a certain time so a further wait was not an option. Very disappointing
