Relaxing stay

Very comfortable for a family, the reception staffs were very helpful and friendly.

The security were not helpful, keep on shooing us away and didnt allowed us to wait at the lobby while taking the keys and registration (it was annoying and inconvenient since we have no idea where we suppose to wait) The Apple should prepare at least 2 waiting parking lots for guests iat least for 10 minutes just to wait for check in processes completed

A good & well maintained residence which is clean and great for vacation & staycation

I've stayed here couple of times and it's never disappointing me. The apartment unit is still new, clean & properly maintained, with fabulous view on upper level. Good location with some eateries & convenient stores nearby the area. All toiletries & kitchen amenities were provided and functioning. A/C units are strong & silent. My friend left behind a trousers, and the management staff quickly notified us within 2 hrs after checking out, which was great & much appreciated.. A good comfy stay to celebrate New Year with Mapplehome @ The Apple Residence.

Basically no bad aspect at this residence. It's much better if the management could provide a portable electrical stove for the convenience of guests to do some simple cooking.

Nice place with good facilities and a good view

It says you can store bags at reception and we confirmed this prior to check in but when we got there they would not let us store our bags behind the reception instead telling us to leave them in an unsecure outdoor area.

The location was great for exploring the city of Melaka. It looked amazing, with a huge entryway, a spacious well furnished apartment and a really nice pool.
