The Antlers, A Wyndham Hotel in Colorado Springs has excellent staff and good prices. The hotel is in a great location near many dining options. Some maintenance issues were mentioned but overall, th (Read More)e rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel is within walking distance to shops and restaurants in the historic downtown area. The customer service is praised, with one staff member being particularly helpful. The hotel has a great pool and hot tub area, as well as a game room with arcade games and a pool table.

Very good

This place is overpriced and is showing its age.

Close to our airport shuttle.

The drywall in the bathroom was cracked and the toilet was very loud.

Elegant and perfect for a night away during my husbands military ball.

I loved how elegant the property looked. The rooms appeared historic and old fashioned

Could not wait to get out of area, does not feel safe, hotel once great not anymore.

Not a lot, the place is vast but empty. On 11 floor fantastic views of the city, but homeless everywhere around.

Drove around hotel for parking around 60-80 homeless gathered out back at a soup kitchen I think. Car park vast but only 4 cars there. Parking at owners risk no staff around. Staff dressed casual, feel they have given up, more interested in colleagues than guests. Cancelled second night on arrival, was told that was done, but had not done it when I checked in the morning.as I asked another customer familiar with the area was it safe to go out as I was with my teen daughter, he advised against it. Breakfast room signage lead to vast closed rooms could not get staff attention to find breakfast so just left. Toilet brush stuck in dirty toilet accommodation obviously forgot it. But otherwise clean. Had room service ok.

I had booked a city view and upon checking in the asked if we would like to be on higher floor. We agreed and they gave us a beautiful room with a mountain view and to our surprise this is the same exact room we had stayed in a month prior. It was a fun and special unexpected surprise. we love your hotel, and the staff is absolutely amazing.

Relaxing, clean, welcoming.

Amazing location, quick drive to many hiking trails/areas. The staff were very welcoming and made sure our stay was comfortable. REAALLLYYY loves that there are plenty of restaurants and little shops around the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was convenient to my work commitment.

A lovely view of the mountains out the windows. Bed was fine. Water pressure for the shower was very strong

Facilities are showing their age. The door did not close unless pulled shut, chipping paint around the door -- for the price, it seemed unimpressive. The adjacent room kept the TV on all night (both nights) making my sleep not great.
