A pleasant stay and an exceptional breakfast experience.

The overall experience is fabulous. The beach area is clean and pleasant to swim on a calm wave. The breakfast at the Indochina restaurant is the best I have ever experienced compared to other five-star hotels. The staff was warm, and luckily, the manager greeted me on my arrival and asked for feedback on my departure.

Bigger slippers size. Have the small and large yoga and fitness rooms open and available at 5 AM as some of us are early risers.

Very beautiful resort, highly recommended.

Beutiful resort! Restaurants by the sea very cosy and beautiful. Friendly and serviceminded staff. Large rooms, nicely designed.

The breakfast is not well organized. Very crowdy and fruits and juice were constantly low in supply. A shame when the resort is so beautiful and it would have been nice to enjoy morning coffe in a more quite surrrounding. Old/noisy aircon. Bad smell in minibar. English knowledge generally low and sometimes the service is a bit slow.

The perfect beach resort

Everything was perfect. The whole resort is a dream. Perfect service, beautiful amenities, couldnt be any better.

We liked everything. May be it would be great to have breakfast until 11am and the gym could be bit bigger and better equipment.

Excellent Reception, clean tidy, sweet memories.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staffs were always motivated to help us. The food was excellent. We booked One bedroom villa with private pool and it was amazing.

Pleasant

Avoid eating at the resorts restaurants.

Great private beach, great room sizes, and good spa.

Food options were limited, expensive, and unsafe. I got food poisoning in the first day in their onsite restaurant. Anything else can be forgiven, and prices can most definitely be worth it, but I had no trust in the resorts food outlets after the first day.

The trees and the view were beautiful! The pools are wonderful, and the food war great All the workers were very nice!

1. The shuttle bus was around 30 minutes late. I didnt get any message from the hotel. I had to call the hotel to find out why the shuttle isnt coming. :( 2. We asked for towels, but the water came. When we check out, they didnt check the room so we almost missed the shuttle :( 3. I could feel the sand on the bed when we arrive at the hotel. (It was 1 am so I was too tired to ask for changes) 4.
