Cozy and comfortable. Recommended!

The room size was very good, it also had a microwave and small fridge that came in handy for us. Everything was super clean and cozy. The bed was also huge and very comfortable. No check in was needed (just open the door with a key code), so it was fast and convenient. The staff was very responsive throughout the whole stay. The price was also very good compared to other options in Tahoe. Really enjoyed it!

If i have to say something, maybe that the water pressure was a bit high in the shower but that's about it, no complaints at all.

Arrived, looked into the window of the room and at the exterior and left.

The photos DO NOT represent the place. Before we arrived I received a text saying it is a 'contactless' hotel, & nobody checks you in. The curtains were open to see our room & could see the bed was really close to window. There was a bed and dresser and plywood on the upper balcony of one of the buildings. It is not what it appears online. We didn't stay & did not get reimbursed.Will not use this service again.

Disappointed and grossed out.

The motel was located in a great location, close to restaurants and stores. The check-in and check-out process were very quick and easy. Parking on site was also easy to find.

The room was dusty and dirty with spider webs in every corner of the room along the ceiling. The carpet had spills and stains and it felt terrible walking through the room barefoot. Towels smelled funky, and the bathroom was dirty and smelled bad. The roof above the shower was visibly dirty with orange colored something (mold? I couldn't tell) growing on the ceiling with lots of dead bugs smashed as well. The hot water smelled strange and was tinted brown for the first few minutes of turning on the faucet. The heater in the room did not work, and the room got quite cold during our stay. The only saving grace was that they included a space heater that barely heated up the room. I would not recommend staying here, not sure how this place is so well rated.

I like the area and i did stay here before a couple of time , but it feels diffrent not as cozy and welcome before but this place is nice.

It felt spooky and it was only me and my husband and another guy in the whole place just weird.

Very nice.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to the Lake and many surrounding restaurants and stores. Outside seating and fire pits was a bonus and if you have kids there are areas set up for play.

Disappointing

Disappointing, run down, slightly dirty, and overpriced for what we experienced.

The location was great and the room was fairly clean.

The pictures on line were a little deceptive. They lead me to believe the property would be well taken care of and sort of a fun place to hang out. It was not. Our room was run down, clean, but run down, and the property in general seemed neglected. Our room was located in a corner with a wall adjacent to an ice machine or some kind of equipment that made a lot of noise during the night.
