We enjoyed relaxing in the living room at the end of the day.
Oddly enough, the best part of our stay was that we had the house to ourselves for the three nights we stayed there. We are sociable but having the comfort of the entire home was unexpected.
We were expecting three country-style breakfasts. At best we had two good breakfasts.

Beautiful inn while we were at car show in Watkins Glen. It was nice to drive a few minutes out of the crowded area and relax in this historical lovely place. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and everything was comfortable. We stayed in a roomy bedroom upstairs with a private modern bathroom. Delicious brownies on the living room coffee table greeted us on arrival. The next morning we left after a hearty breakfast and lively conversation around the table.
It was a rainy evening when we arrived so we didn't walk around the grounds but it sure was refreshingly pretty outside!

Our Best BNB stay by far
We loved everything about the Inn. Heather was an awesome hostess. She made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She went above and beyond to accommodate our special diet. We had amazing breakfasts each morning and had great conversations with people from all over the country. We had a picnic by the pond and enjoyed the sunset. It was a wonderful relaxing place to stay. The cookies each night were a delight. Soda, coffee, tea & cocoa were available all day. Just a really great experience.
