NOT RECOMMENDED: Poor Room, bad service.

I just like the location, walking distance to the beach and a lot of restaurants at the neighbourhood.

this hotel is not recommended. far from the picture posted online. it's very poor room and bad service. when we entered the room it was very dirty, there was a lot of dust on the floor and there was a lot of hair left on the floor as if they didn't clean it after the last people checked in. the toilet is dirty, there are no towels, toiletries, toilet tissue, and there are no pillow cases. The pillows are very dirty. we stayed there for two nights, (no choice as we paid already) and they never refilled the water bottle, they did not even clean the room.. The trash we found when we checked in was still there until we checked out. there are many mosquitoes

VERY RIDICULOUS HOTEL..BOOKING 2 DAYS BEFORE,GET THE CONFIRMATION BOOKING VIA EMAIL AS WELL,AFTER ARRIVED NO ROOM FOR MY FAMILY..VERY POOR SERVICE..STUPIDITY STAFF VERY HIGH...SHE SAID BOOKING.COM PROBLEM..NOT ONLY SYSTEM PROBLEM,YOUR BRAIN ALSO PROBLEM..PLEASE REPLACE YOUR STAFF AND YOUR MANAGEMENT AS WELL...STAFF SAID NOT DEDUCT FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT,NOT TERM OF MONEY,BUT WHERE I CAN STAY WITH SON AND FAMILY..SUGGEST NOT TO STAY IN HERE..YOU MAYBE NEXT VICTIM..TQ!!!
