Fabulous as always

Spent New Year's Eve at this lovely hotel on the marina. Booked last minute for some live music and prosecco with my friends. Staff awesome so was breakfast.

Comfortable stay in an Ideal Location.

The location is decently situated and is an ideal route for travelling around west Wales. We parked in a nearby car park which was free and a 2 minute walk to the hotel. The hotel was clean with a comfortable bed and enough amenities for an enjoyable stay.

They have a range of Tea's / Coffee but were missing Green Tea for some reason, perhaps if asked at the desk it would have been provided but we only stayed a night.

Disappointing

Sadly disappointed as a returning customer with family and lots of friends in the location .

Location perfect .

Bar times were not as stated on the site showing Christmas and New year times so let down several times . Extended stay for an extra night . Personally think the room rate could have been less as using the same room so the bed wasnt changed or fully serviced . Room showing signs of wear - hole in carpet, mould in corner of bathroom below shower, scuff marks on the wall . On the tv programme showing people reviewing b and bs people have refused to pay in full for less noted problems This is not in keeping with the hotel ratings .Very upset as this was a short get away to rest after Christmas .
