First, I would like to thank the female staff who contacted me during my stay in this apartment and provided me with support whenever I requested it. I enjoyed very much with my family in this apartment and its fantastic location and beautiful city. Montreux lake

The host was great, keys was brought to you once arrived, car park is close by free of charge and underground, facility faces the lake no restrictions infront of you, also all shops are around you. Very safe area, weekend night is a bit busy. Host helped move the bags from the car and on leaving.

The issue we had faced was with the kitchen facilities, as the electrical system was very weak; if you switch on the dishwasher and the clothes washer they both will shut down and wont start until the electrician comes, we raised the issue to the host and they tried to solve the issue in many ways, much appreciated but the only temporary solution was to switch only one device at a time. They promised to change the complete wiring once we leave.

Excellect location, extremely clean, well organised offering including daily cleaning service, discount vouchers to key area attractions, free parking , apartment was perfectly equipped with items down to the detail (Molton Brown Bath Products, excellent home theater system, wide screen TV, Starbucks coffee capsules and, and, and...)

Superb

Lovely and modern, clean. Beautiful. Had a washer and dryer. Parking is close by. Easy to stroll in the town.

Can get a bit warm. Opening windows allows the night life sounds in. Great if you dont mind not ideal if you do.

Very good

Very smart and modern with everything youd need for a stay.

Directly facing into the sun, the apartment gets very hot. Theres an a/c unit but you need an open door to use it and you cant really sleep with it in so we had quite uncomfortable nights. Also the shower makes the bathroom floor very wet so we had to mop the floor to avoid flooding.
