Very good

Fabulous location next to Bukit Bintang and fabulous eateries. Super room and exceptional service.

The hotel served breakfast but after that no bar or food. Only minor negative as the area is full of places to eat and drink.

Clean room

A mistake was done by the receptionist and another family was given access to my room during their check-in, it created a lot of confusion.Issue was eventually resolved within 15 mins.

The sofa was very good

Toilet conditioner, shampoo, body lotion was not designed good to use. Very difficult to get the liquid out from the bottles

Breakfast variety was good.

Location of hotel a little far off from train station. Not much to do nearby. Jalan Alor walkable but it didnt appeal much to be cos I was alone and there were too many touts and came back smelling like bbq

Good room, Noisy AC

Location, staff, facilities

The AC was so noisy on the 13th floor that I couldn't sleep for the first night but that probably has to do with the unit being located just above our room but apart from that very good place. Staying there again in a few days.
