The location is good. The staff is very friendly.

The washroom isn't quite clean. Bedsheet and comforter got stains. Room have some unpleasant smell.

Please give a credit to the receptionist! He was super duper really2 helping me, handling my booking. I come with an OKU person, and he managed to offer me a better room at G Floor rather than 3rd floor. Thank you so much for your service. Aircond and water heater well functioning Overnight staff kind and polite Convenient parking

Mattress protector, duvet insert, duvet cover, bedsheet, pillow, pillowcase, bath towel too dirty (not changing maybe few days /weeks based on my experience as housekeeping manager. Actually my husband also senior housekeeping) We took many pictures of the stain and dirty. But only a few pictures can upload here. Bathroom too dirty. Water stain, shampoo stain. Floor have a lot of hair My rate for the cleanliness is 0/5. My room no 304
