Pleasant

I liked the seaview and the kitchen was fully equipped with all my necessary things. The beds were comfortable.

The lounge floor was a little bit wet we had to mop when we arrived. The coffee table felt like it was gona break at any minutes. The was a renovation going on around the building which makes the place untidy, at least if we were told about it before arriving.

Disappointing

I was billed an additional R1000 after i paid the booking fee, which was not disclosed in the description of the property. I was reimbursed after we checked out though We also had to clean the apartment when we arrived and the bedding didn't smell like it was recently washed.

My family and I had a lovely stay!

The owner of the apartment was in contact with us immediately after the booking with all the details we needed, and what to expect on arrival. All went as expected. The apartment was clean and had facilities beyond our expectations, which was a lovely surprise. My family loved the place and wish our stay could have been longer.

The only amazing thing is waking up to the sea view

The sea view was amazing

1. Has old Furniture as a result I lost 50% of my deposit 2. The lift is bad and old it doesnt accommodate a person who cant walk on the stairs 3. The parking is too small cant fit 2 big cars at once 4. Cleaners only come once you have left 5. The lift is bad 6. Bedding is not white

Complex in total was very nice and location good

Drain was blocked..curtains not neat Overall not a nice place for a 8.3 rating... Owner also asked for R1000 deposit for breakage.. use lame excuse not to pay it back Linen was not in good condition at all
