conviently located on the side of a mountain, hope you are fit!

The hotel is well located in proximity to the beach

The hotel is literally on the side of a mountain. It's exceptionally steep, and walking up to your room, even for someone who is fit, is quite the workout. The property does provide a buggy service. Beds are huge but rock hard.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable

The staff were so friendly and helpful

Its very tired and needs a refurbishment of the whole property. Bedrooms are dated and shabby. The whole building needs repainting and modernising. We complained about our 1st room and they moved us to another room which was much nicer.

Disappointing

Swimming pools are all good. Staffs are very kind. Foods are mostly delicious and well served.

Bathroom thunder noisy! Whenever flushing the toilet makes amazing sounds connecting to the all the tabs. However, the worst thing was the noise from the temple nearby. We all could not sleep till over 12:00am. Their noise was extremely loud just felt like hearing right next to me.

Great location, free shuttle to and from the beach. And even your room!! Staff are super friendly, the breakfast was amazing with different things on offer daily. We stayed at 3 different hotels during our time in Phuket and this was by far the best!!

The stuff is so friendly and nice! Excellent breakfast

Cleaning service need work, bed cloth changed once for 2 weeks, after the room cleaning all our beds were full of sand. Looks like that cleaning stuff throws bed clothes on the floor with sand during cleaning.

- Beautiful room - Amazing bathroom - Great pool

- Weird sound coming out of the plumbing all night at regular intervals (pretty loud) - Food wasnt that good, can get just as good at any random thai family restaurant for 1/4 the price. And barely any vegan or vegetarian options at breakfast

Nice Location for those who wants a quieter surrounding.

The hotel is nicely located at Nai Harn Beach. It's good for families and visitors who wants a more quiet area in Phuket. Easy access to most places especially for those who rent a car or bike. The breakfast while not outstanding was decent and had a good variety.
