Great location and beautiful view

The condo was in a good location and directly on the beach. There was ample parking. The building is safe and they have security on site. The on-site store was OK, but a little pricy. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the leather couch sagged a bit, but was OK. The table chair pads were all stained, but comfortable. The balcony chairs were OK, but there was only one very worn TV tray they had for the balcony. There were adequate kitchen supplies and toiletries. There is a washing machine and dryer on the floor. $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry. The company managing the property did run me out a blow dryer which was nice. Trash chutes are located on each floor. There are four elevators, so you don't ever have to wait long. The building was well staffed at the front desk and they were very nice. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

The outdoor pool was not heated and the indoor hot tub was not working. The on-site restaurant had limited days and times it was open, and was only serving pizza and alcohol. I couldn't ever even drink coffee out on the balcony without the birds showing up and I was on the 15th floor. There was only one thin towel for drying dishes, one little bottle of dish soap and 1 package of tabs for the dishwasher. It was OK for one person staying there, but it would not be OK if there were more people staying there. The floor was tile and there were no rugs anywhere so the floor was hard and cold to walk on. I like to walk in bare feet. There were no end tables by the couch to hold a drink or a snack. The lock on one of the bathroom doors did not work and I could not get the sliding bathroom door out. The walls need to be patched and painted and the balcony needs to be resurfaced and better furniture. There were no beach towels, or coffee filters. If you were driving you could bring coffee filters, dish soap, beach towels, a box of tissues, paper towels, extra toilet paper etc., but I didn't want to pack all that in my luggage. You pay mostly for the location and the view.

All the appliances was outdated. The furniture has a Oder , and stains all over it. The view was horrible?

Nothing at all. Nothing about this retro place need me to upgrade in detail cleaning

Property shared that it had two beach chairs. One was unusable and the other was almost the same. Just felt a bit misleading.

Unit 0417 was full of deferred maintenance; carpet was dirty, walls and molding needed painting; sliding doors would not lock

Disappointing

Area was beautiful. Condo room was lacking.

Our condo was outdated, not enough towels, sheets, blankets. Closets were off the hinges, cracks in the wall and wall paper/paint was pealing off the walls.

Awful is how I would sum it up

The air worked properly.

We stayed in 0417 and it was a disaster from the start. This apartment/ condo was so small.. trust me not over 2-3 need to stay in it!! The air worked good and thats all I have to say good about it! The doors didnt lock, the locks were broken, under the sink was a bucket which was there to catch the water from the garbage disposal, the remote was taped on the back, no extra quilts were provided, the lock on the balcony was broken, the door to the only bedroom was a mess! I have nothing good to say about this condo or the facility. Cant even hang towels to dry on your balcony.. we got security called on us to remove them

Exceptional

Loved that you didn't have to leave for anything. Everyone was so nice and the place is so clean

I loved almost everything about it

There was things in the pictures that was not there when we got there. The bedroom door was broke could not shut it. Could not use second fold out couch not enough room to put it out. Bed was very hard. Kept cutting and bruising my shin on bed frame. But other than that really loved the hotel best place ever.
