Great for Families

This was a great option for a family vacation with kids. We stayed on the bottom floor and we were lucky to not have noticed if other people were renting above as they didn't make much noise. The hot tub was great for the kids and I enjoyed the views. This is a place that requires renting a car 100%, otherwise you will feel stranded. Ms. Veronica was amazing and so attentive to our needs.

It isn't quite the same experience as booking a room near the caldera, but it still is a great family option for a decent price.

Disappointing

Beautiful home but not for everyone

The home appearance itself was gorgeous and very clean. Would give that a 10 out of 10.

Its not easy for older people, families with children or people with Disabilities as far as walking to the beach which took us 25 min and very hard it the heat. If you have a car its great. Roads are flat and good so that was easy but the time it took in the heat was too hard. Unfortunately, we had a horrible time as the people above us had a wedding and partied late at night with screaming, clapping, dancing, blaring music and laughing hard and singing. Woke our children up 4 times and kept me up all night. I sent the property owners several videos! I picked this place to get away from parties and the inner city and paid 100 euros for transfer there from airport and another to port plus 200 euros for a night But arrived at 6pm cause of boat delays so we couldnt do much because the walk was hard for us. I notified them about the party but they said they messaged them and didnt do anything more. I had to go up myself to tell them to quiet down. They did with the music but it made no difference as their voices were so long (over 10 people I saw) and coming through our adjacent thin door. Sounded like they were sitting in our room. We used two sound machines and did nothing so even if there was no wedding there would be disruptive if anyone was up late talking if you slept in room by the door or living room. However, the room at the other end is a little better. Waste of money, time, and left there exhausted Im still very sad and tired but this place can be amazing for others. This was just my families experience

Do not book!!

This accommodation literally scamming people, you dont get entire villa but ground floor 2bed flat or 1st floor 3bed flat, so you will be sharing the premises to whoever book the stay same time. Picture they advert are from both flats, dont expect to get that all.

Manager is a pathetic liar, I asked for a kettle replacement, instead she sent staff member to snoop around our rooms and report back to her, so she can drop nasty messages to me. Hot tube outdated, didnt work for a 2 days, chairs in a terrace broken and beds dirty, even baby cot was overused and dirty. No working bath in a property, master bedrooms bath damaged- doesnt hold a water, double bedrooms bath would fit only 2 year old. Breakfast out of order- 8 ham and 8 cheese slices, apples, juice and dry cereal for 8 guests. I am so dissapointed I wasted money for this ridiculous place, our honeymoon was that ruined that I had to book new holiday to class it as a honeymoon to replace bad memories from this place.

Excellent and will definitely return

Breakfast was adequate and supplied everyday. The juice was nice. The eggs were organic and fresh from the housekeepers farm, which was a lovely touch. The housekeeper Veronica was friendly and always on hand to help and provide information on Santorini. We enjoyed the hot tub. The villa was spacious which allowed our family to enjoy their own private space after long days out. Villa was well stocked with toiletries, towels, slippers, kitchen utensils and food basics such as pasta, tea, coffee and cereal. On our next visit we wont have to pack so much of our own little luxuries. Scenery around the villa was lovely, especially the fruit trees. Location is quiet and private which is a bonus. The Information booklet was a nice touch and very useful. Host was also always on hand to help and advise with any queries or information on excursions.

The location of villa could have been a little nearer to main road where bakery, supermarkets and restaurants are located. However, we did enjoy the 10-15mins stroll to these, looking at the scenery and gaining a sense of true Santorini and Greece. One of the taxi firms wouldn't come to collect us due to the remoteness of villa, however most did.

We enjoyed our stay! Highlights for us were the hot tub and the terrace.

We were very happy with the house. Nice spacious 3 rooms, each with private bathroom. Comfy beds, nice decorations, enough towels and amenities. Very attentive hosts. Clean hot tub and large terrace with lots of sunshine. Beautiful garden. Rental car (or atv,roller) needed.

Everything. The house is very modern and looks exceptional. The beds are very comfortable. The host, Marie, is very hospitable and communicative. It made us feel really good.
