The hotel on the outside may look dull, but once inside, it is lovely with fabulous sea views. The only downside is the expensive drinks. Another reviewer had a great stay with requested room, excell (Read More)ent location and access to the city. One guest had a pleasant stay in a spacious room with a big balcony and beautiful sea view. The jacuzzi and sauna were nice, although there were a couple of disappointments. The staff were friendly, and the location was central and close to the beach. One guest had a fantastic experience with the best sea view, comfortable room, and great amenities. A wonderful 5-night stay in a Junior Suite with friendly staff, delicious food, and easy access to restaurants and shops. The rooms were great with fantastic views, but some noise from nearby bars.

I wouldnt come back to this hotel as my stay was very unpleasant. Cleanliness is my first priority during the stay.

Location was close to the city centre

Our room had shower and toilet blockage the moment we went in. Room kept flooding the moment Simone flush the toilet or take shower. Room had a really bad sewer smell.

Great place to visit and would return here again

It was in a great location, very spacious suites and nicely done up.

The pool isnt heated so is freezing in the winter and the balcony is small and gets no sun (where we were)

Nice hotel with excellent location that is calm but still very close to the city center

Friendly staff - clean rooms and extended choice for breakfast. View from rooms with seaview is great. Size of junior suites is really big.

Would appreciate USB charging points in the room. Was a real challenge to get the invoice according to my request. While there is a lot of choice in the breakfast, there could be more diversity over the different days of the week.

Very good

Pleasant stay with friends. Ideal for a short break. Breakfast very good.

Hotel is great. Good staff. Well thought out and planned out room.

The emergency lighting in the room is very bright and stays on at night when all lights are off. The room doesnt go dark enough.

The coalition is perfect and the rooms are clean and spacious.

The dining area is very disappointing. Feels more like a cafeteria with an everage quality buffet.

Noise Disturbace effected our stay

Amazing Suite, location and facilities

There was someone yelling outside the hotel for 20-30 mins at 4 am followed by louder yelling and banging at a door in the 2nd floor which severely effected our sleep and caused us anxiety and disruption. When I asked the receptionist what happened she just said yes it happened. What is that about? We have stayed at this hotel twice and used the spa on other occasions and the receptionist couldnt acknowledge that that incident maybe not directly caused by the hotels but vicariously the hotel are responsible to any disturbances in their property that caused our stay to be such effected.
