Great location and extremely comfortable bed

Photos are misleading as mainly shows penthouse photos of only the place you are booking should be shown as there is a huge difference

Perfect for a stay in broadstairs

Amazing lovely place to stay. Very comfortable and stylish, has everything you need. Did not use the outside space given time of year but that looked lovely too. Highly recommended. Perfect location.

Room looked lovely, aircon provided if it got hot in the room. Super convenient location, easy to walk to the bay and all the restaurants. Coffee shop right outside

The TV in the bunk beds didnt work properly and headphones totally worn down. Couldnt get signal to main TV streaming channels either. The venetian blinds were extremely dusty so when we tried to shut the window my jumper got very dirty. Plus under the sofa was also dirty (kids lost marbles under there). Its a ground floor studio and there was lots of comings and going from the penthouse upstairs esp during the rugby World Cup night. But noise quietened down by 11pm. Quiet in the morning too. Would have been nice to have a coffee pod or two supplied for the coffee machine. Parking by the Bay around 15 per day

We had a pleasant stay, however I would not recommend this property or stay here again as I feel its not good value for

Great central location, close to beach Clean and comfortable accommodation

Parking was difficult. Free parking available about 5-10 mins walk away Features of the property not working - TVs on bunk beds Integrated fridge door very loose on hinges Oven trays dirty and greasy
