Perfect for what we needed for New Years Eve!

A lovely property in the centre of Cheltenham perfect for a New Years Celebration with friends. Significantly larger inside than it appears from the outside! Heating works well and beds comfy.

The TV remote was a bit tempermental and the drains in the bathroom took a little while to drain. The oven could also probably do with a professional clean.

Passable

Size of property and convenience for some of Cheltenham. Good shower and central heating. Beds comfortable. Can take dogs. Flexibility of the owner with check out and response to questions.

The property needs a spruce up. The oven door inside was filthy-perhaps forgotten about when last cleaned. A dishwasher would be of use. Could do with some more kitchen utensils and the oven trays changing. The bath does not fill at a normal rate so had to abandon that idea. Sink in the bathroom needs a service as the water does not flow out quickly and backs up. Cleaner turned up a bit early as was not aware of late check out. Shame that the council dont clean the streets. It is not what the image of Cheltenham is.

Exceptional town house

The house had a lovely warm feeling. It was exceptionally clean, and the bathroom was amazing. Beds were very comfortable. Location is great. Will definitely think of a reason to stay here again!

Fab time away in this Beautiful house and would stay again!

Beautiful house , that was close to all the bars and shops. Comfortable house and very clean. Good contact with the owners with parking and when we needed anything.

One bathroom for all 6 adults with a slow shower.

Great house in a convenient area for a group of friends.

We loved the location and the amenities.

We asked out host for cleaning cloths etc and they arrived very promptly. To be fair the property didnt need cleaning its just that we like to tidy up after ourselves.

Lovely large home, beautifully decorated.

Never having been to the area before, we didnt realise the distance to the small villages that we had come to see. However, that was our misunderstanding!
