I wont be staying here again.

Location

It should be cleaner. And the elevator seems to have been out of service for a long time. The stairs are a long trip when staying on the 3rd floor. This an essential part that is broken far too long.

It's been almost 2 months and they still have not gotten the elevators fixed in the facility and the rear emergency exit door is truly defected and needs a repair. Also there is the television remotes that are in terrible condition and need of replacement in the last three rooms that I've had.

The location and the price of the room.

The fact that it's taking them so long to be there elevator repair also be real exit door panic bar needs to be repaired because the latches are loose and when everything out to put your finger into release and hands up.

The fact that the elevator was out of order for at least 2 weeks unacceptable and the rear exit door panic bar is broken jamming the door in the case of evacuation

Horrible tired

Close to work and my co workers were right next door so we could all ride together.

The Beds were horrible every time I moved the bed moved away from the wall. The beds were also hard it was not a pleasant experience. The rooms were not so great.

One of my beds where dirty with black and red spots and there was hair in my bath tub. And I asked an housekeeper for an trash bag and she kept walking..And I also hated that I had to carry luggage to the 3rd floor because the elevator was out the entire weekend!

Disappointing

is this a usual procedure for Booking to cancel a reservation even with debit card guarantee?

even with a confirmation number from Booking.com i was informed by the hotel that Booking cancelled my reservation. i then had to pay a much higher price for a room. what is the use of using your service to end up having to pay more at time of check-in?
