Very good

Cozy, quiet, and conveniently located.

Cozy all you need near both a cool city and 1.5 hours from the beautiful Smoky Mtns. The staff was very responsive to messages.

Could use a few more kitchen items. Coffee maker, kettle. Didnt see a grill on the deck. But these are minor things.

NEVER, ever ever again.

Nothing. At All. It was horrid. Never again.

Everything. It was creepy and dark. The smell of cat urine hits you in the face when you walk in the door. It's covered in a layer of dust and pet dander. It's outdated and the beds were a complete joke. One tiny box fan to keep us cool. Prisoners sleep in better conditions .You get what you pay for I guess.

The cottage is adorable and the location was convenient.

Dog hair everywhere. Rotten back porch. 3/4 roll tolet paper for 3 people for 3 nights. No washcloths. No dish detergent. No coffee pot. Dirty dishes in cabinets.

Very good

Convenient, comfortable and cost effective.

Location! Super convenient to expressway and shopping, but in a very quiet little neighborhood.

We sleep in a king size bed at home, so the full size bed was small. The mattress was very comfortable, so we slept well. It was just small. The living room furniture could use an update, but most people arent heading to TN to sit inside.

We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

The property had an excellent location and satisfied all of our needs. The owner was very responsive and worked well to solve any issues that came up.

It was a little dirty, with cobwebs and questionable dishes. The upstairs was too warm and the downstairs was too cold, but it was all manageable.

Superb

Loved it. We'll be back in the spring hopefully

All the places we wanted to visit were easily accessible. The location was fairly secluded but close enough to groceries to be convenient.

The heating was a bit wonky. It would be hot upstairs in the bedrooms but chilly downstairs away from the fireplace. Would have liked a curtain on the side door in the living room
