Not as expected

The toilets were not as clean as we hoped. We paid for the new years gala dinner which was not as expected. The taste was not as good as we hoped. We had a bit of trouble finding the spa as it was not marked properly. The foot massage was incredible but the spine and back massage was painful. We even mentioned about the pain during and right after the massage, but no action or solution was given. The pain was there for 3 days and couldnt even put on the shoulder bag because of the pain.

Superb

Property was great. But we anticipated a woody location because it's a forest destination But ended up on town main road. Hotel staff were very cordial and friendly. AC in the room was fuming dust and smell But given the weather we preferred to switch it off. But don't expect a typical sterling property as this is a leased property and not run by sterling directly.

Value for Money at the heart of Thekaddy

Amazing location. Easy to get around. Auto rickshaw stand right outside the hotel. Renji from travel desk was very very helpful. She helps in planning the activities during your stay. Welcome drink at arrival. In house shop Coffee shop Roof top swimming pool Good breakfast spread Staff helpful Spacious rooms
