The property is modern and clean. Nice swimming pool and decent enough gym. Good WiFi. Comfortable beds and good size room.

Our room was serviced after 5pm every day which was really inconvenient as that's the time you want to be getting ready to go out for dinner. An alarm (we assume fire alarm) went off at 1.30am (which is OK in itself - it happens), but there was zero communication from staff. Most of the guests stayed in their rooms and those of us that did evacuate were left guessing about when we could go back in or if it was even safe. I would hate to think what would happen in an actual emergency.

the design concept was good, something instagrammable. the room, toilet and linens were clean.

the bed is quite hard it feels like an old spring mattress feels but still am able to get my sleep. its just my preference, the color of the pool though its clean its just not appetizing to dive in.

Very good

It was a nice hotel, with great water pressure and away from the bustling side of the city

Clean room, spacious toilet, freshly smell bed

The pool area seems a bit gloomy, parking area a bit far from hotel and does not seem secure. Also the hallways doesnt have enough lighting

*Very stylish, beautiful hotel *Nice pool *Clean *Good breakfast - you can eat local food. If youre a boring sandwitch eater you will not like it (come on yourre in Malaysia not Italy or US) *Maybe not perfect location, but you can reach Monorel in 10m walk

The Steg is like a home base in Kuala Lumpur. It's central, the hotel is very nice, and the staff make it so. The beds, and rooms are comfortable, it's good value for the money, and I always go back.

I keep coming back to the STEG because of the staff, the quality of the place. It's like a refuge when travelling. On all levels cleanliness, value for money, location, comfort and more gets a 10!
