    One night was enough for a city stay. Price reflected location vs room quality on our visit.
    Great location. Friendly staff. Nice lobby. Parking lot in hotel courtyard with 23 fee. Easy 10 minute walk to the Klner Dom with the twin peaks as your directional guide. Stayed in a standard single & economy double- view of the Doms twin peaks. Both rooms were comfortably sized. Complimentary bottle of sparkling water. Beds were clean & comfortable. Multiple electrical outlets in room & at least 2 in the bathroom if needed. Full length mirror for dressing and a small safe. Washcloths were a nice touch as Euro hotels dont supply them. Our rooms were quiet during a weekday stay, low traffic area. Cafes are just around the corner from the hotel with great breakfast options.

    Frequent Euro traveler review: Walls have scuffs & splashes of previous guests. Carpeted rooms, the economy double was stained with large spills but the carpet seemed vacuumed well. Both of our rooms bathrooms were in need of an update/ thorough cleaning. We called them prison bathrooms. The floors small grey tiles looked & felt dirty with age, the grout needed a good cleaning. The white tile walls also need a thorough cleaning. The showers sliding door base was filled with old gunk. Standard single bathroom had orange gunk & guests hair stuck on the drain grate. Mirrors & sink werent wiped well, remainders of previous guests left behind. Breakfast didnt accompany our booking. In hind sight, I should have asked for a complimentary breakfast to make up for the uncleanliness of both rooms bathrooms. In my opinion, its more embarrassing for a guest to feel a need for compensation at a hotel/ stay., especially at a 4 star. One night was enough for a city stay and price reflects location vs room quality.

    the only thing to critique was the coffee cups were not replaced in the room one day.

    The location was very close to the dom, it takes 15 mins by walking. We stayed with our dog, they were very helpful.
    The bed was a little bit uncomfortable.

    Rooms are very small and bed too small for my size .when I booked it I mentioned double bed and not single bed on a wall .paying almost 400 euro per day and sleeping in narrow bed is not the best .

    Fantastic location, nice lobby, okay room
    Loved the location as it was only a fifteen minute walk to the cathedral and within easy walking distance to everything in the city center. Our group also enjoyed the small bar in the lobby which had reasonably priced drinks. The check in and check out was quick, and our group was able to check in a little bit earlier than stated in the listing.
    Unfortunately, we did not sleep well here. The room was clean enough, but we found the bed and pillows to be really uncomfortable. There was also a noticeable odour in the room which we believe was coming from the shower drain. We probably would not stay here again unless the pillows and mattresses were upgraded. It was also very strange to be asked to pay in advance via an external payment link which we were very worried was a scam, but turned out to be legitimate. They did state that our reservation could be cancelled if we did not pay in advance though which does not seem to align with the terms and conditions that are stated on this hotel's website.

    Fantastic location for all the main Cologne attractions. The staff were extremely helpful
    I thought the breakfast was slightly expensive at 19 Euros, but otherwise nothing I can think of.
