Superb

A spacious and clean room.comfortable bed. Air-cond works well. Clean bathroom. Complete with basic toiletries. Our room got lovely views of Taiping backyard hills. Location wise, near to Taiping main attraction. Only about 5-10 minutes to Taman Tasik, Zoo Taiping and city centre via car.

Nothing much. Just the room service need to do their job better. But i just tell the reception about the issues and they solve it straight away.

The staffs are all helpful. The receptionist on the night shift of 22/12/2023 was really helpful. The baby cot provided is ample and comfortable for my baby. The location of the hotel is quite convenient. There is a nice malay restaurant at the corner beside al-ikhsan. There is a laundry a couple meters away. Very near to Kamunting town. Easy to get to town by car. Taman Tasik Taiping is straight away for a few kilometers.

I think the cleanliness can be better. The toilet door at the room we stayed in not looking so good. The table and bed cleanliness needs to upgrade and better next time. For the price we paid for (eventhough it is during peak weekend of school holiday and last minute booking), I think the cleanliness can be better and probably the toilet curtain needs to be replaced as it have some rust stain on it. The bulb for mirror table lamp is not functioning. Please upgrade your cleanliness and maintenance. This is a good location, near amenities hotel should not be let down by petty issues.

Not friendly staff at the reception.

The room is very spacious and enough for 4 people to stay in the room I booked. The location is away from the city centre so it's quiet. They even let us park at the reserve parking spot cause parking space was full.

Before arrival, I asked for early check-in, and they said they would check for room availability. When I arrived, they said the hotel was full, so they couldn't let me check in earlier unless I paid RM20 for an early check-in fee, which was not mentioned to me during the text request. Meaning they do have the room ready but only willing to let me go in at 215pm unless I pay rm20. They didn't even ask to check what's the room I booked or my name or anything. Check-in time was 3 pm, and I was there 215pm, only 45 minutes earlier.
