Location, Quiet, Updated Room, Breakfast selection, MOST of the staff were very kind Very clean and neat. I didn't hear any of my neighbors. Workout room has speakers so that's a plus.

Most of the stay was splendid. The only situation that was concerning was when I was trying to check in on Friday night. I accidentally chose the wrong dates, and my reservation was canceled. When I tried to check in, the women expressed no empathy or eagerness to assist with my concern. The fix was simple, but I had to basically figure it out myself. Luckily, I asked questions to make sure to have a room but the energy was just off. Then, I asked for a printed receipt and she said no, they don't have that. I would get an email at the end of my stay, but the hotel emailed me the the receipt moments later. The woman had braids and glasses, and it was just not the best customer care. I'm a manager within my company, and if one of my agents exhibited the type of customer service that was provided to me, a conversation would have been had, and possible further action. All of the other staff were more than helpful and understanding. The score would have been a 10 if this did not take place.

Breakfast needs improvement

Value for the money spent. Location of the hotel was great and there were ample parking spots at the hotel.

Kitchen at breakfast time was disorganized and crowded, and lacked many essentials. No scrambled eggs or toast, or fresh fruits at breakfast time.

Nice clean hotel.

Breakfast was terrible. Seems like old sausages from day before were served. Early morning, no pancake syrup for pancakes, ran out of coffee creamer as stated. Trash were overflowing near the breakfast where you seat and eat. Also
