The owner/manager is friend (Read More)ly and responsive to maintenance issues. Some guests found the beds to be smaller than advertised, but overall the cottages are comfortable and cozy. RELAXING AND PRIVATE

VERY CLEAN AND WELL SET UP. EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A BEACH/BUSH RELAXING HOLIDAY, INCLUDING HAVING THE DOG. BECAUSE WE WERE ON A WEEK OF DOWN TIME WE DIDNT MIND NO INTERNET. IT HAD GREAT MOBILE RECEPTION. THE TV RECEPTION ISN'T IDEAL BUT LOCATION IS GREAT FOR A GOOD BOOK.

UNFORTUNATELY THE BBQ NEEDED SOME ATTENTION AND COULDN'T BE USED AND PREVIOUS TENANTS HAD BURNT THE ROASTING DISH IN THE KITCHEN

Loved the fireplace, spa, and the cottage was just big enough for our family. Loved that our fur kids could come along too

Just need a proper working vacuum.

Superb

Loved our stay at Split point cottages

Great location, quiet, clean, wood fire and dog friendly. Able to use the tennis courts and a laundry which was great. We had a great couple of days thank you.

Only negative was the QS bed mattress

Cosy, comfortable, serenity

Functional space, cosy with fire place, plenty of firewood supplied, as well as fire lighters and basic kitchen supplies to get you started. Towels were soft. Electric blankets.

Bathroom & kitchen are a little dated, few minor repairs required. Cobwebs in few roooms. No smart TV. Pillows little flat for my preference.

We had a fantastic weekend and enjoyed our stay here.

Good location and peaceful. Very cosy with the fire.

I didnt like that we were expected to clean with a vacuum that had zero suction and not many cleaning products or broom to brush etc. I dont mind cleaning after myself if everything is in good working condition.

Comfortable. Felt like a home away from home. Perfect place to shut down and reset.

It's homely feel. It's very comfortable. Great location. Loved the fire place. Plenty of wood supplied for it. No wi-fi will annoy some, however this is what I liked about it!
