    I would book it again if I ever visit Coventry again
    Very clean. All facilities working properly. Pleanty of space even for a big family. Ktichen fully equiped with everything needed.
    Furniture a littel old fashion but acceptable. Heating in main beedroom not working. Garden area untidy

    Nice house, ideal for large groups and good value for money.
    Nice house located on outskirts of city centre. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Good parking.
    Carpet was loose on stairs and had to keep turning off the house alarm as it would keep making a beeping noise.

    Checking in & checking out was good and loved the bedrooms
    I liked the fact that from the outside I wasnt expecting much but when I went in I loved the layout and just the styling of the house itself
    I was a bit upset the fact that we couldnt go outside due to the broken fence but everything else was nice

    the drains in the bathroom smelt bad. not a lot of washing up liquid or kitchen roll. could of had more towels also

    Size of downstairs area
    Aesthetically at first glance luxurious. Poor maintenance, new over old. Dirty sponges in kitchen. Loose toilet seat in downstairs toilet. Shower drain stank - needs bleach or other cleaning agent. Uncomfortable mattresses - cheap. Bedding cheap. Had to double up quilts - cold. Blinds in loft extension broken. Gaps in wall with exposed pipes- cobwebs. Unfitted wardrobe in back bedroom - dirty cotton bud in gap. Extension cord for electricity. Not good! Dirty furniture - consider wipeable material. Too few and cheap towels- brought my own. Get full length mirrors in all rooms. One of our company was unwell. 4 could not sleep comfortably. The box room cannot be counted for a business stay. Walls thin - could hear neighbours next. door. Short cuts in aesthetics sadly. Have properties myself. This is very poorly standard once initial experience. Pay attention to detail and spend money on making the property luxury - plugs for charging phone, not a wind up electrical extension cord.

    nice cosy and has eveythibg you need.
    The property stands out from the rest instantly, the interior is homely and modern which we liked- We wanted to stay longer!
    We didnt dislike anything however there was a short lasting smell which we believed was the drains- but nothing serious.
