Lovely hotel with friendly staff

The hotel is lovely and welcoming and located perfectly for the seafront and for us visiting family who live locally, this is our 3rd or 4th stay

The toilet took a fair few attempts to flush and the extractor fan sounded like the engine of plane so after 4 showers it was pretty hot and steamy.

Expensive for less than Premier inn

Location not too far from town. Breakfast OK but cold bacon and hard eggs

Room not clean, dirt, cobwebs, black bits in bed. Heater didn't work/ not sufficient for the room. Pillows like bricks! Mattress needed replacing. Staff nit happy in their workplace grumpy and abrupt

the bed, the legs stick out and we banged our shins when walking by the end of the bed, the palm tree directly outside the window actually touching the glass and constantly hit the glass because of the wind keeping us awake
